About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Cohannet Academy, a Joint Commission-Accredited Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) specializing in trauma-informed care.

Cohannet Academy is contracted with the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (MA DMH) to provide in-house services and treatment to adolescent biological females, ages 13 to 18.

The successful candidate will work with a dynamic team to provide comprehensive support for a variety of skills, including communication, social, schooling, and daily living.

The BCBA will be responsible for developing treatment plans and behavior support plans, providing training and guidance to program staff and families, and working with each youth and their family to establish a trajectory of hope and accomplishment.
