Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you'll represent DISH in customers' homes, delivering TV and smart home solutions while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain satellite TV systems and smart home devices
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs
  • Travel to customer locations, including homes and businesses
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

  • Competitive hourly rate: $23.00/hour
  • Guaranteed promotion after 6 months with a $1.00/hour pay increase
  • Performance incentives with the potential for up to $6,400 in the first year and $9,100 in subsequent years
