We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Treatment Plant Operator to join our team at the Brazos River Authority. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our water treatment plants.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain water treatment plants to ensure compliance with permits and regulations.
- Monitor and adjust process controls to optimize plant efficiency.
- Collect and analyze water samples to ensure water quality meets regulatory standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Minimum two years' experience in water treatment plant operations or a related field.
- Valid Texas Class C Drivers License and good driving record.
- Class C Water License.
- Approved Hazmat training within six months of employment.
- Competitive salary range: $21.53 to $27.45 per hour.
