- Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality products to customers.
- Be a Business Analyst: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Be a Customer Advocate: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Be a Process Improver: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences.
