Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the work of Assisted Living Staff across various units, including The Courtyards, The Memory Care Unit/Gardens, and Supportive Living.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Assisted Living to investigate and resolve resident or family complaints and injuries of unknown origin.
  • Assist in the orientation of new staff on their shifts and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic experiences for residents in conjunction with the healthcare team.
  • Encourage and model a team approach to achieve Luther Manor's mission of providing excellent care and services to customers.

Requirements:

  • Licensed LPN or RN in the State of WI.
  • CPR certified.
  • Knowledge and experience in supervision, staff scheduling, Health Information Management, and payroll.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in long-term care and/or Assisted Living.
  • Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • The mobility to spend the majority of the work shift standing or moving about the communities.
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift 35 pounds.
  • Occasional reaching to head height with shoulder elevation up to 20 pounds.
