Job Overview

PARS Therapy is seeking a dedicated Senior Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team in New Boston, TX.

About the Role

As a Senior Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be responsible for identifying and meeting patients' goals and needs, providing cost-effective treatments to improve motion and mobility, and developing care plans using various treatment techniques.

  • Duties:
  • Provide personalized and evidence-based care, proven interventions, and promote healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Consult and practice with other health professionals, evaluate effects, monitor, and communicate progress.
  • Document patient care services and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must have an active license in the state of TX, PT Liability insurance in the state of TX, and a Graduate degree or greater in Physical Therapy.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor required when explaining procedures and treatments.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as multiple major medical plans to choose from, spousal insurance, 401k options, PTO, and an internal awards and recognition program.
