Job Description

  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
  2. Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
  3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  4. Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to aid recovery.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes within clinic systems.
  7. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
Requirements
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred, with a strong emphasis on patient care.
  • Knowledge of pediatric and geriatric therapy practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with trigger point therapy techniques is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
