Job Title: Sustainment Model Based Systems Engineer

ACE Consulting Group, Llc is seeking a highly skilled Sustainment Model Based Systems Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to support the execution of advanced development and research programs in system engineering/digital engineering. The successful candidate will work closely with the sustainment team to establish and manage digital representations of the weapon system's technical baselines, focusing on lifecycle activities that impact traditional sustainment metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of advanced development and research programs in system engineering/digital engineering.
  • Guide the analysis and synthesis of Requirements, Interfaces, Behavior, Structure and Parametrics (RIBS-P) across the weapon system's technical baselines, utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)/SysML and various modeling and simulation tools.
  • Provide support in establishing the foundation of a Digital Engineering (DE) environment across various tools and classification levels in support of program priorities.
  • Perform the following using MBSE tools/methods: analysis/synthesis/definition and management of sustainment requirements, lifecycle logistics functional analysis, maintenance analysis, system design and trade study analysis specifically affecting reliability and maintainability, overall model of models validation, and automated documentation generation.
  • Provide support in establishing a technical foundation to create on-ramps to rapidly resolve obsolescence, streamline configuration management, develop maintenance and training systems and plans, and establish integrated sustainment roadmaps for analysis, affordability, development and integration of advanced capabilities in support of program priorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field from an accredited college or university.
  • At least five (5) years of MBSE/digital engineering experience.
  • Logistics experience supporting DoD military platforms/systems.
  • Experience with logistics databases and logistics manuals.
  • Proficient in SysML, MagicDraw/Cameo, MATLAB, Microsoft Office products, and Adobe products.
  • Strong experience with establishing and architecting relationships across the following types of models: analytical, parametric, virtualized hardware, simulations/emulations, and constructive.
  • Active Top-Secret clearance.
