Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the Business Programs division, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Duties
  • Handle phone calls and emails from students, visitors, and staff members
  • Prepare and maintain confidential documents and records
  • Utilize Microsoft Office software to complete tasks efficiently
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of work experience in an office environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $15.44 per hour. Mclennan Community College offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
