Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Core Clinical Partners. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to hospitalized patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care, and communicating effectively with patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the care of hospitalized patients, including assessing and treating acute medical conditions
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to coordinate patient care
  • Communicate with patients and their families about treatment plans, prognosis, and expectations
  • Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results to inform patient care
  • Manage patient transitions of care, including discharge planning and communication with primary care providers
  • Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives and other hospital committees as needed
Requirements
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active Oklahoma medical license or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
