Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Palisades Tahoe. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the electrical systems within our buildings are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assure safety compliance and adherence to National Electrical Code and local building regulations.
  • Evaluate electrical problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
  • Perform general electrical maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
  • Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Building Electrician manager and team to ensure the highest standards of work.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working as an electrician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, National Electrical Code, and Relay Logic and PLC-based control systems.
  • Industrial electrical construction skills and knowledge of machines and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions:

The Electrical Systems Specialist will work in a variety of settings, including indoors and outdoors, and will be exposed to moderate noise levels, moving mechanical parts, and extreme temperatures. The employee must be able to walk, stand, and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
