Job Title: MRI Technologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
- Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images
Requirements:
- Graduate from an approved Radiology training program
- 1+ years of experience in Radiology MRI capacity
- Computer manipulation, verbal and written communication skills, mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative manner
- Ability to make effective professional judgment and decisions based on objective criteria
