Key Responsibilities

  • Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide resources to support their fitness journey.
  • Deliver a well-rounded sales and service experience, ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience for all guests and members.
  • Support an exceptional new member onboarding experience, connecting members to our fitness offerings and providing a friendly greeting and prompt attention to their needs.
  • Strive to excel, exceed goals, and have a can-do attitude, embracing failure as an opportunity to grow and learn.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
  • CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum travel may be required for training purposes and lead generation.
