Product Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Director to lead our Payment Integrity product development strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, creating, and conveying the product development strategy, driving the design, testing, and execution plan of multiple innovative products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the product development strategy, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch new products and services.
- Collaborate with project management, development, and quality leaders to drive product adoption and growth.
- Articulate the company's product vision, setting the course for continued development and growth.
- Develop and lead execution of development and project plans, resource allocation, and budget.
- Evaluate and collaborate with senior management on product development processes, including sound engineering design process and quality practices.
- Define and steward effective data governance frameworks and processes to ensure data compliance, integrity, and quality.
- Establish and communicate goals and objectives, define methodologies, tasks, and activities, and clearly describe roles and responsibilities for personnel.
- Eight or more years of experience in Payment Integrity Audit and Recovery, with knowledge of audit strategies such as Data Mining, Clinical Medical Record Review, and Bill Audit.
- Eight or more years in a supervisory or management capacity, with experience with the product development life cycle at all levels of complexity, technical support, or consulting, preferably in a Payment Integrity market.
- Ten or more years of experience with technical product design, configuration, integration, and/or delivering products to market.
- Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies, technical products, vendors, families of technologies, and product configurations.
- Experience working with technology architecture, mainframes, scheduling software, and other related technologies.
- Experience working with business environment, business industry, and competitor products and services.
