Job Summary:

VBB is seeking a highly skilled Field Calibration Metrology Technician to join our team. As a key member of our calibration team, you will be responsible for performing and documenting the required calibrations of instrumentation within our facility, systems, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform calibration of equipment and instrumentation on a routine basis.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment and review calibration documentation from vendors.
  • Manage calibration standards, pipettes, and other small equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and applicable company, federal, and local EH&S regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience calibrating equipment.
  • 2+ years of experience operating and maintaining facility equipment in a medical device or pharmaceutical GMP environment.
  • ASQ - Certified Calibration Technician preferred.
