Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Peco Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, performing routine preventative maintenance, and ensuring the highest level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant GMP policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical circuits and electronics
• Run conduit and make field splices
• Overhaul, repair, and maintain plant hydraulics
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and make minor repairs as needed to plant equipment
• Demonstrate general welding and basic cutting skills
• Set-up, operate, adjust, and maintain production equipment
• Comply with written plant policies and maintain the highest level of personal hygiene and cleanliness

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of industrial electrical circuits and electronics
• Familiarity with PLC programming
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Working Conditions:
• The Maintenance Technician will be required to stand and walk 100% of the workday, lifting and pulling various weights based on machine and task in hand. The employee will also be required to wear a waist tool belt with various tools and supplies needed for daily work.
