Key ResponsibilitiesThe Account Manager will act as the main liaison between Tekshapers Inc and our automotive client. This position is crucial for nurturing and expanding the client relationship, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering business development.
- Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to client locations or industry gatherings as necessary.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, ideally within the automotive sector or a similar field.
- Deep understanding of the automotive landscape, including current trends, challenges, and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building and sustaining relationships at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic choices.
