Senior Principal Test Conductor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Test Conductor to lead a team of aircraft ship-side support engineers and test conductors in our Flight Test Organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating support between maintenance leadership and engineering leadership teams, and will be a self-starter who can operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- General aircraft knowledge training for new engineering staff, including flight test and ground test engineers
- Adjudication of desired maintenance procedures and delayed actions
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of qualifiable related professional/military experience in a systems test environment, or a Master of Science degree and 6 years of qualifiable related professional/military experience in a systems test environment, or a Ph.D. and 3 years of qualifiable related professional/military experience in a systems test environment. The candidate must also have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher, and be able to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period.
Preferred Qualifications- Strong background working in an aircraft maintenance environment
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Common Product Life Cycle Management (CPLM)
- Experience working in a flight test environment
- Excellent communications skills
Northrop Grumman offers a competitive salary range of $120,900 - $181,300, as well as a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
