Cashier/Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier/Receptionist to join our Service Department team at Greenway Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service and repair transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in our dealership.

• Customer Service: Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner, identify and resolve customer concerns, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Transaction Management: Receive and process payments for products and services, operate the point-of-sale system, and manage customer data, including service history and contact information.
• Communication: Answer dealership phones, direct calls as necessary, and coordinate with department personnel to resolve customer issues.
• Accountability: Accept responsibility for your money drawer and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient transaction processing.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous retail and/or customer service experience, including money-handling and point-of-sale system experience, preferred.
• Skills: Strong math skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Personal Qualities: Pleasant and courteous personality, neat and clean appearance, and a high level of trustworthiness and security consciousness.
