Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team in Medford, Massachusetts.
This is an ongoing opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a leading academic medical center.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive echocardiography examinations using various techniques, including 2DE, M-mode, Doppler, and 3DE.
- Utilize independent judgment to ensure accurate anatomical, pathological, and clinical conditions are captured in examination images.
- Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment to conduct examinations in accordance with infection control, sterilization, and patient safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians in the Catheterization Lab and OR to perform echocardiography studies that aid in complex procedures.
- Current licensure as a registered cardiac sonographer.
- Minimum of associate degree (or ultrasonography equivalent) with RDCS or CCI credential.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in echocardiography field preferred, but not required.
