Job Summary:
Piedmont is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical equipment, and fixtures to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV, and security systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform hands-on duties, including service orders, preventative maintenance, and other requests, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years of maintenance experience, including electrical work. Relevant experience may be substituted with a degree from an electrician program.
- Licenses/Certifications: None required by law.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
