Job Summary

This part-time role as Marketing Coordinator at PlanOmatic HQ will own conference lifecycle coordination, support social media efforts, provide internal marketing support, handle marketing purchases, and serve as a brand advocate across the industry.

  • Develop project plans and timelines in ClickUp, our project management software.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, keeping track of budgets and deadlines.
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager on social media strategy and cadence.
  • Create content for social media and schedule posts as needed.
  • Support internal team's various marketing requests.
  • Execute ad-hoc support in HubSpot, our CRM, in support of the Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

We seek an experienced Marketing Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience in marketing or event planning. Experience managing social media is a plus. Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is also beneficial.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in an autonomous environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate between $26.50 - $29 per hour, commensurate with prior experience and skills. The role is hybrid, with expectations to be in-office 1-2 times per week.
