Job Description

Job Summary:

Nacho Daddy is seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Cocktail Server to join our team at our Tiki Bar. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, process credit card transactions, and balance the cash drawer accurately.
  • Bar Maintenance: Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders, and work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess in-depth knowledge of menu and ingredients for allergy purposes, operate Point of Sale system (Aloha), and serve all alcoholic beverages in accordance with state regulations and responsible service/alcohol awareness training standards.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Health Card: Must have current SNHD health card, alcohol awareness card, and necessary work cards.
  • Experience: Tiki Bar experience is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance, walk and stand for the entire shift, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise and crowds.
  • Must be able to work late nights, holidays, and weekends.
