Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

Fidelis Holdings LLC is seeking a highly organized Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to assist in the coordination and execution of production orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

• Coordinate and schedule production orders, including planning, organizing, and tracking progress
• Assist in managing production timelines, budgets, and resources
• Communicate with cross-functional teams, including workers, supervisors, and management
• Prepare and distribute production documents, such as shop cards, schedules, and reports
• Manage and maintain production databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
• Assist in procuring equipment, permits, and other production-related materials
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and provide solutions
• Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure a smooth transition of orders

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain logistics or a related field
• Strong knowledge of production workflows and processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in production software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs

• Competitive salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
