Supply Chain Logistics Manager

Fidelis Holdings LLC is looking for a skilled Operations Planner Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of production orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule production orders, including planning, organizing, and tracking progress
• Assist in managing production timelines, budgets, and resources
• Communicate with cross-functional teams, including workers, supervisors, and senior management
• Prepare and distribute production documents, such as shop cards, schedules, and reports
• Manage and maintain production databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
• Assist in procuring equipment, permits, and other production-related materials
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and provide solutions
• Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure a smooth transition of orders

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in operations planning or a related field
• Strong knowledge of production workflows and processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in production software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year
