Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Ventilator Patient Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a set number of ALS and/or Pediatric ventilation patients within a defined territory. You will be the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and other entities directly involved with the patient's ventilation care.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of ALS and/or Pediatric ventilation patients within a defined territory
* Provide phone consultations during non-business hours as needed
* Maintain continuing education as necessary for performance of job responsibilities and as required for state licensure or certification
* Maintain documentation of all services provided and all work performed per Rotech's policies and procedures
* Supports orientation and training of other personnel at the direction of the Manager

Requirements
* Completion of an accredited program/degree in respiratory care preferred; nursing (RN) may be acceptable depending upon state licensure laws
* Credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) is preferred but other medical credentials may be acceptable (e.g., RN) depending upon state licensure laws
* Home respiratory care experience is preferred or equivalent hospital experience
* Must be licensed in primary state of home office as required by state law and provide a copy of license to the location
* Pediatric and/or ALS Ventilation experience is required
