- Strong knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations
- Socially informed and perceptive; up-to-date and in tune daily with local and national trends
- Demonstrated upbeat personality, informative, entertaining, and engaging on-air
- Pleasant, charismatic, and well-controlled voice; excellent pronunciation
