Personal Banker

We are seeking a skilled Personal Banker to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and providing financial solutions to our customers.

• Participate in proactive outreach to build relationships with customers and propose suitable financial solutions.
• Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
• Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs.
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build strong relationships.
• Provide options for bank products and services to customers and refer their financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.

• 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.

• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
• Maintains cash drawer, cash handling, and balancing and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed.
• This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date.
