Job Description

804 Technology is seeking a highly skilled Numerical Control Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex numerical control programs for sheet metal fabrication equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement numerical control programs for various manufacturing projects, ensuring efficient and expedient methods are used.
  • Create tooling and material sketches, numerically controlled setup sheets, dimensional charts, and machine operation diagrams as required.
  • Collaborate with engineering personnel to ensure that designs meet tooling and manufacturing requirements and standards.
  • Maintain complete documentation of programs to ensure effective process control.
  • Provide programming for numerically controlled production, tooling programs, and manufacturing development projects.
Requirements:
  • Two (2) years of college or equivalent experience in a related field, with preferred courses in math, engineering materials, processing technology, and CADAM, CATIA, and APT programming.
  • Experience with Catia V-5 modeling and surfacing, NC programming, and flat pattern development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Catia V-5 modeling and surfacing experience.
  • NC Programming experience.
  • Flat Pattern experience.
