Radiologic Technology Professional

- Acquire patient chart data/requisition and review both to determine correct room setup and learn of any specific medical problems, contraindications to the study, and verify that the study being ordered correlates to the diagnostic needs.
- Educate patients regarding procedure, equipment, and exam to ensure understanding and cooperation.
- Maintain all aspects of the CT area, including technical and clerical components, to ensure proper quality assurance results and required documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Registration as a Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and in good standing.
- Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) within one year of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
