Job Overview

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services in a school setting. This position involves working with students from Kindergarten to 12th Grade who require assistance with communication disorders and language delays.

Responsibilities
  • Speech Therapy Services: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to help students improve their communication skills.
  • Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational team members to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to address communication deficits.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress, session notes, and reports.
  • Professional Development: Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • ASHA certification
