We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our shuttle fleet and front-line staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Frontline Staff: Supervise and manage all frontline associates, including supervisors, shuttle drivers, and maintenance personnel on a daily basis.
- Handle Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Liaise with Customers and Staff: Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Make Recommendations: Make meaningful recommendations for hiring employees, appraising employee productivity, and/or disciplining employees, including termination.
- Assist with Training: Assist in training shuttle drivers to ensure meeting of job expectations and provide continuous customer service training for all Propark employees at assigned location.
- Shuttle Fleet Management: Assist in shuttle fleet upkeep, preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and reliable transportation service.
- Administrative Duties: Assist office manager with administrative duties, including reconciliation of time cards and submission of payroll for Propark staff.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance of company and client policies and procedures, and patrol and monitor safety and cleanliness of shuttle vehicles and facility.
- Supervisory Experience: Progressive supervisory experience with front-line team oversight, preferably in the parking, customer service, and/or hospitality industries.
- Communication Skills: Impeccable conversational and written communication skills, with an exceptional way with people and ability to bring extraordinary results.
- Flexibility: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Transportation Experience: Previous transportation experience, with a hospitality focus, is a top asset.
