Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and develop proactive maintenance plans.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, switches, and valves, to maintain equipment functionality.
  • Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance and repair activities.
  • Install, maintain, and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing plant.
  • Working knowledge of large machine operation, construction of infrastructure, and technical expertise in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining, and electronics.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise verbal instructions and listen actively to understand points made by others.
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and database systems.
  • Ability to read and apply information from plans, blueprints, work instructions, and equipment manuals.
  • Demonstrated pattern of positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication.
  • Valid driver's license.
