Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of general technology experience, including over 5 years in a leadership capacity.

Experience in technology leadership covering Applications, Infrastructure (cloud, SAAS), Project Management/PMO, core ERP systems, and digital/data awareness.

A hands-on leadership approach that drives the company forward.

Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively across all organizational levels.

Strong financial acumen, ideally with P&L management experience.

A demonstrated history of optimizing technology and fostering collaborative relationships to meet business goals.

Proven capability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing and innovative technology team.

Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

A strong work ethic and the highest ethical standards are essential.

Experience in the telecom sector or a related field is preferred, with familiarity in industrial distribution being a plus.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred; an MBA is advantageous.
