Position Overview

Salary: $25-$30 per hour

Role Summary:

As a Certified Athletic Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the quality of life for our patients through effective rehabilitation strategies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients adhere to their rehabilitation protocols, thereby fostering long-term patient retention for our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement prescribed exercise programs based on medical directives.
  • Administer therapeutic modalities in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized rehabilitation environment.
  • Facilitate smooth patient transitions within the rehabilitation department.
  • Document patient progress in compliance with clinic standards.
  • Motivate and guide patients to adhere to their treatment plans.
  • Collect and share patient success stories and feedback.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to stand, communicate, and use hands effectively. Employees may need to lift or move light weights and may be required to travel locally for meetings and training.
