Senior Electronics Specialist

Duties y Responsabilidades Principales- Repara equipo electrónico y/o mecánico complejo a nivel de componente.
- Desarrolla productos intermedios.
- Comunica con clientes según sea necesario.
- Construye fijaciones complejas.
- Análiza la garantía y desarrolla soluciones de causa raíz.
- Procesa el informe de servicio requerido.
- Participa en la Iniciativa de Cultura de ATS; mejora continuamente los procesos; monitorea cuantitativamente los procesos. Cumple con los cursos de calidad requeridos y utiliza habilidades y técnicas presentadas. Utiliza los Valores Fundamentales en el entorno laboral. Cumple con las procedimientos de seguridad del cliente/compañía.
- Título asociado (A.A.) o equivalente de dos años de escuela técnica o colegio; y cinco a ocho años de experiencia relacionada y/o capacitación; o diez años de combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
- Habilidad para:
- Lectura e interpretación de documentos como reglas de seguridad, instrucciones de operación y mantenimiento, y manuales de procedimiento.
- Escritura de informes y correspondencia rutinarios.
- Hablar efectivamente ante grupos de clientes o empleados de la organización.
- Cálculo de figuras y montos como proporciones, porcentajes, área, circunferencia y volumen.
- Aplique conceptos de álgebra básica, física y geometría.
- Aplique comprensión común sentido para llevar a cabo instrucciones proporcionadas en forma escrita, oral o diagramática.
- Tratar problemas que involucran varias variables concretas en situaciones estándar.

Mientras se realizan las tareas de este trabajo, el empleado se requiere regularmente pararse; caminar; usar las manos/dedos para manipular, o sentir; alcanzar con las manos y brazos; subir, bajar o equilibrar hasta alturas que pueden requerir escaleras o elevadores; inclinarse, arrodillarse, agacharse o arrastrarse en espacios confinados; y hablar o escuchar.
El empleado es ocasionalmente requerido sentarse. El empleado debe levantar y/o mover más de 50 libras con frecuencia. El empleado se requiere regularmente usar visión cercana y visión de colores. El empleado está expuesto ocasionalmente a condiciones climáticas externas y riesgo de choque eléctrico.
El trabajo generalmente se realiza en un entorno fabril y suele ser muy ruidoso. En el entorno fabril, el empleado puede estar expuesto a materiales peligrosos y/u piso fabril grasoso o resbaladizo.
