Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive recovery programs, incorporating emergency management strategies to assist clients in need.
- Lead a team of volunteers and staff, offering direction on program execution and ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare and present information to clients, stakeholders, and the public, utilizing proficient public speaking abilities.
- Manage program oversight, including budgeting, grant acquisition, and program assessment.
- Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to establish partnerships and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and oversee budgets for recovery initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Identify and obtain grant funding to support recovery efforts.
