Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Circular Economy Engineer to join our team at Highflyer Recruiting. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for managing take-back programs operations, reporting, and related activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the regional program manager on service delivery.
  • Keep ongoing communication channels with customers, suppliers, internal IT, and relevant partners needed for effective service delivery.
  • Coordinate the operations transactions flow from pick-up to invoicing, using the available IT tools/data sources.
  • Design and prepare reports to relevant partners combining different sources and types of data and information.
  • Produce dashboards and trackers of each CEE program.
  • Prepare monthly statement of services/invoices to customers, as well as other customer charters.
  • Improve operational workflows and simplify processes. Ensure continual service deliver improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
  • IT Proficiency, including Excel and PowerBI.
  • Organised, methodical and self-motivated.
  • Analytical and attention to detail.
  • Customer Orientation (internal and external).
  • Team player.
  • Results oriented, ability to propose simple and pragmatic solutions.
  • Flexibility, Adaptability, and Resilience.
