Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Financial Associate with a solid foundation in accounting and bookkeeping to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities. This role will report directly to the Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately record and reconcile incoming payments from clients.
• Manage returns and ensure appropriate credits are applied to customer accounts.
• Prepare and maintain journal entries.
• Address and resolve credit card disputes.
• Verify and process vendor invoices.
• Handle sales invoice processing.
• Conduct account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Support year-end closing activities.
• Adhere to financial policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping is advantageous.
• A general understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn.
• Competence in office tasks, including creating correspondence, managing routine emails, filing, and assisting in report preparation.
