Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new account openings, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and business accounts.
  • Provide maintenance, operations, and correspondence services for existing accounts.
  • Offer excellent service and build strong relationships with customers to develop trust and loyalty.
  • Participate in meeting financial center sales goals by cross-selling financial products and services and referring customers to other lines of business.
  • Perform duties of a Financial Center Teller, including balancing cash drawers, assisting with vault and ATM balancing, and providing various account services.
  • Lift, carry, or move heavy items up to 25 pounds and sit or stand for long periods.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education certificate.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales and service environments involving cash handling and face-to-face customer service interaction.
  • Minimum 6 months of new accounts experience required.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer relation skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive starting pay rate of at least $19.50/hour.

  • Eligible for 401(k) with 100% match of the first 6% of contributions.
  • Tuition reimbursement of up to $3,000 per calendar year.
