POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is pivotal in safeguarding United Alloy's IT frameworks and applications by ensuring adherence to security protocols and procedures. The individual will engage in the assessment, analysis, and enhancement of systems, including troubleshooting and testing to bolster the organization's security objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Diagnose and resolve user-related security concerns.
2. Actively monitor system logs and respond to security alerts.
3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive security knowledge base, including policies, standards, and procedures.
4. Create training materials and deliver ongoing training and support.
5. Familiarize oneself with relevant software applications utilized by the organization.
6. Conduct security awareness training, including Phishing simulations.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize business systems.
8. Enhance the performance and functionality of existing software and tools.
9. Participate in the deployment of new security solutions and practices as needed.
10. Cultivate strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
11. Undertake additional duties as assigned and provide support to the Helpdesk when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and identity management tools is essential.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a secure IT environment is required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
- Familiarity with tools that support Single Sign-On (SSO), Two-Factor Authentication (TFA), and role-based Active Directory groups is advantageous.
