Your Responsibilities:
- Record and post incoming and outgoing invoices and process other business transactions.
- Review supplier invoices for proper receipt of goods and services rendered.
- Monitor due dates and manage payments.
- Perform closing entries in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
- Handle communication with departments and suppliers.
- Support internal controlling in creating reports.
- Maintain master data in relevant systems.
Your Profile:
- Completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and common accounting programs.
- Careful working style and strong affinity for numbers.
- Opportunity to shape the finance department and contribute to the creation and modeling of processes.
- Enjoyment of working with colleagues in the construction industry and various service providers.
