Job Summary

We are actively seeking talented Psychologists in the area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a Psychologist with LifeStance Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality care and contributing to our mission of improving mental healthcare access.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults suffering from mental health issues
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in mental healthcare
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation range of $136K to $182K based on productivity, flexible work schedules, telemedicine and in-person flexibility, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), paid parental leave, holidays, EAP, and more.

Requirements

We are seeking Psychologists who are fully licensed and credentialed in California, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D., with experience caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
