Core Responsibilities:

  1. Assess manufacturing methodologies by designing and executing research initiatives; leveraging expertise in product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; collaborating with equipment suppliers; gathering insights from operators.
  2. Establish manufacturing protocols by analyzing product specifications; researching, designing, modifying, and testing production techniques and machinery; engaging with equipment suppliers.

Required Skills:

  5. Analytical problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering is mandatory.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering is preferred.
  3. Experience in evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing systems and equipment.
  4. Familiarity with CAD, CAM, data analysis tools, and related software is essential.
  5. Experience in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing Principles is advantageous.

  2. Ability to use hands continuously throughout the workday.
  3. Capacity to stand or walk for the entire workday.
