As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing repetitive line assembly operations of valves and hydrants, ensuring high-quality products meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly and testing operations on production lines, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production bottlenecks, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes and quality.
  • Meet or exceed hourly production rates, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
Work Environment

The Assembly & Test Operator will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, humid conditions, and exposure to moving machinery, dust, fumes, gases, odors, vibrations, and noise levels.
