• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided.

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic life support certification.

Agency Requirements:

• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
• Agency staff must complete their primary series of COVID vaccination in order to be considered for any assignment.
• State specific mandated boosters are required and must be completed when eligible.
• Once the assignment has started, agency staff must follow the normal testing protocol of each particular center.

Work Schedule:

• 14:00:00 - 22:30:00
