About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat patients with blood disorders and cancers
  • Perform bone marrow aspirations and analyze lab tests to inform diagnoses
  • Conduct physical examinations and analyze patient medical histories
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with blood disorders and cancers
  • Prescribe medications and provide dietary advice to patients
  • Administer chemotherapy and other treatments as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
  • Active NY State Medical License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
