RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Lifecycle Specialist to support a Prime contract in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a key member of our team, you will provide a broad range of acquisition and systems engineering subject matter expertise support and coordination duties in support of the contract officer representatives (COR) and program management office (PMO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide acquisition and systems engineering subject matter expertise support and coordination duties in support of the COR and PMO.
- Serve as the primary acquisition support FTE responsible for directly interfacing with COR's and OSP senior leadership as required.
- Develop and maintain acquisition plans, statements of work, justification and approval documentation, analysis of alternatives (AoA) studies, technical evaluations, and other acquisition-related documents.
- Work with the Government Chief of Staff and COR's to assist with the development of contract status briefings, update dashboards, and as needed acquisition resource reviews with senior Government management.
- Prepare, maintain, and present acquisition, financial, and budget reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a business-related field such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- 8 years of specialized experience supporting the Intelligence Community in acquisition lifecycle management or systems engineering projects.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with acquisition or pre-acquisition engineering projects.
- Experience with systems engineering activities at DoD or other IC members.
- Experience with DoD or other IC entities in the acquisition or contract management-related fields.
