About the Job
Ross & Yerger Insurance Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Client Representative to join our Administrative Team. As a key member, you will be responsible for processing various tasks such as policy audits, cancellations, and reporting forms with high accuracy. You will also issue new and renewal certificates of insurance, prepare premium finance agreements, and secure surplus lines non-admitted forms. To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities
This role involves a variety of tasks including:
  1. Process endorsements, audit, policies, cancellations, reporting forms, and invoicing according to R&Y procedures manual within acceptable time frame and with accuracy.
  2. Issue new and renewal certificates of insurance and EPI's.
  3. Prepare and secure premium finance agreements and surplus lines non-admitted forms, as well as mod master.
  4. Obtain P&C license after six months on the job.
  5. Create/prepare proposals and presentations from direction of Client Managers.
  6. Prepare various reports, exhibits, and spreadsheets, including premium and loss recap, schedules of insurances, etc.
  7. Input new client data and assist in applications for renewal process.
  8. Maintain good documentation through use of good scanning procedures, telephone logs, notes, etc.
  9. Handle team's client discrepancies in a timely fashion.
  10. Collect underwriting information such as loss runs, MVR's, driver's list, and experience mod worksheets.
  11. Sort and distribute mail daily for team.
  12. Maintain and monitor daily suspense to follow up on items requested of clients and carriers.
