A reputable full-service property management firm is in search of an experienced Senior Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage maintenance operations at their property.

The Senior Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will be accountable for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of the residential community.

While on site, the Supervisor will collaborate with management and staff to prioritize work orders and provide timely updates.

Compensation:
$23 to $25/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to and complete service requests and work orders efficiently and courteously, ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the maintenance areas and the entire property.
2. Prioritize and respond promptly to service requests and company calls.
3. Prepare vacant units to be market-ready and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and other mechanical systems as required.
4. Conduct snow removal and maintain the grounds, including common areas.
5. Submit and coordinate vendor and parts requests for approval, providing updates to management.
6. Report operational, safety, and security concerns to management and assist in training other technicians as necessary.

Qualifications:
- A professional and approachable demeanor with residents and team members.
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stoop, and lift a minimum of 45 pounds, or more with assistance, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean background check.
